Registration

Q: Is there a sign-up or registration fee?
A: No, registering with Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping is FREE.  There are no hidden fees or charges.

Q: Do I need to be a registered Shell Drivers’ Club account holder to shop with Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping?
A: Yes. Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping is only available to the members of Shell Drivers’ Club (or Shell V-Power Club members).

Become a member of Shell Drivers’ Club

You can pick up your Shell Drivers’ Club card at your nearest Shell Service Station.

Q: Do I need to use the same e-mail address I use for my Shell Drivers Club (or Shell V-Power Club) account to register with Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping?
A: Using the same e-mail address would make communication simpler, but it is not mandatory that you use the same e-mail address for both.

Earning Points

Q: Will I receive Shell Drivers’ Club (or Shell V-Power Club) points if I go directly to participating merchants’ websites?
A: No. In order to earn Shell Drivers’ Club points, you must access participating merchants’ websites through the Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping portal.

Q: How does Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping keep track of my purchases and Drivers’ Club points?
A: Every time you log on to Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping to make a purchase from a participating merchant, that merchant sends us a record of your transaction.  Your transaction is then entered into our system and your Shell Drivers’ Club points are automatically deposited to your Shell Drivers’ Club (or Shell V-Power Club) account.

Q: Do I have to accumulate a minimum number of Shell Drivers’ Club points before Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping credits the points to my Shell Drivers’ Club[or Shell V-Power Club] account?
A: No. There are no minimums. We credit the Shell Drivers’ Club points to your account as soon as a merchant processes and confirms a transaction.

Q: How will I know if I’ve received my Shell Drivers’ Club points?
A: Each time points are credited to your Shell Drivers’ Club (or Shell V-Power Club) account, Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping will send a notification to your Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping registered e-mail address.

Returns

Q: What if I purchase an item, but then decide to return it?
A: Most merchants have a 30-day return policy.  That’s why they wait 30 days before confirming your transaction to us. If merchandise is returned within the 30-day waiting period, you simply won’t receive any Shell Drivers’ Club points for that purchase. If you received Shell Drivers’ Club points on a purchase that was subsequently returned and refunded, Shell Drivers’ Club Online Shopping will simply withdraw those points from your Shell Drivers’ Club (or Shell V-Power Club) account.
